Well you're not hip unless you start throwing around the term WEBINAR. Having said that (and now washing out my mouth with soap) - WebEx, MS Sharepoint, Yugma, .. even Polycom is getting with the times and putting out IP-based systems. The nicer ones have document collaboration for standard office documents, whiteboard, etc. i.e. WebEx. A lot of commercial VoIP platforms are starting to integrate some sort of groupware now as well.
