[opendtv] U.S. DTT translators

Just thought I'd relay this to the list.
I spoke to my brother-in-law in rural Colorado today. He watches TV via
translator.
He read about DTT in U.S. News & World Report and wanted to get those
better pictures. He was very disappointed to hear that, as long as he
could keep watching analog TV, that meant his translator was sending analog.
