[opendtv] Re: Truthiness 2

It is probably better to undo that non-law now instead of at 2009 
approaches, which would almost certainly happen.  I was starting to 
wonder if everyone would just pretend it was a law until the turn-off 
became immanent and someone challenged to stall some more.
