Gee, just what docket item would you file the comments in? Do you really think that the FCC will be able to stop it? What kind of dope are you smoking: prior restraint is verboten per the first amendment. That trumps any contrary FCC regulations, any contrary FEC rulings. I was talking to a close friend tonight, an experienced journalist. He once worked, in CNN's Washington-based investigative unit, with the producer of the documentary. Somehow, in all the fuss over this, the word that the piece was produced by a journalist with a Pulitzer Prize on his shelf has not been reported. My friend says the guy is a solid journalist. So, who EXACTLY is in favor of silencing a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist without first seeing his work? Did you feel the same way about "NYPD Blue" before it aired? I also note that this is the first posting to this list from Eric Rehm. He is obviously a stooge.
