Gee, just what docket item would you file the comments in?  Do you really
think that the FCC will be able to stop it?  What kind of dope are you
smoking: prior restraint is verboten per the first amendment.  That trumps
any contrary FCC regulations, any contrary FEC rulings.

I was talking to a close friend tonight, an experienced journalist.  He once
worked, in CNN's Washington-based investigative unit, with the producer of
the documentary.  Somehow, in all the fuss over this, the word that the
piece was produced by a journalist with a Pulitzer Prize on his shelf has
not been reported.

My friend says the guy is a solid journalist.

So, who EXACTLY is in favor of silencing a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist
without first seeing his work?  Did you feel the same way about "NYPD Blue"
before it aired?

I also note that this is the first posting to this list from Eric Rehm.  He
is obviously a stooge.
