Looks like a whole herd of dinosaurs...

The ATSC MH units might get some traction, but only if the important content (like live sports) is free. Anything that requires a monthly fee for a mobile TV service will soon be extinct.

There could be a market for new content services that will compete with cable/DBS. There may be room for services that offer a lower monthly fee, choice rather than tiers of stuff you don't want, and the ability to consume the content on both fixed and mobile devices.
