Well they do claim to be able to provide homeland security and other
emergency alerts, in addition to the non-real-time audio and video
rebroadcasts.

We saw this company give its pitch here in NYC last year. It was a WiFi
in station update system. Each car had to have a system to store and
play back content that was updated at each station or at the end of the
line wirelessly using WiFi. Nothing is real time.
