The others are not yet defined (e.g., currently 8 bits has the same rate as 12, nulls fill the difference).

As you can see, it depends on the cable (and the receiver equalization).

It depends on the cable -- but expect "A MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT" from Belden at the HPA Tech Retreat in February.
