[openbeosmediakit] media pref parameter web panel

Hi,

i'm wondering this on the Media Pref app :

when does the 3D Look Divider Bar between the title and the parameter web 
appear 
? There are media nodes where it appears and some where it doesn't appear.
Seems inconsistent to me. And i can't see how to reproduce the behavior from 
the 
original media pref app.

Thoughts ?
