          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1

Something that has bothered me in ZDoom derived ports for a very long time is
that you cannot jump unless you are standing flat on the floor. This ends up
feeling awful if you are on a floor with lots of decorations and
recessions...if there's an 8 unit dip for a recessed decorative floor, and you
are falling into it, your jump button simply does not work. I can understand
the logic behind why this happens, but it ends up feeling awful to me.

Thus, I propose the following tweak...perhaps as a cvar. If you are 8px or
less off of the floor, you jump as high as you could if you were flat against
the floor.
