Small map with untagged teleporter linedefs

In Chocolate Doom, teleporter linedefs which have a sector tag of 0 will
teleport the player to the lowest numberd teleporter destination.  In Odamex
(single and multiplayer), the teleporter linedef is ignored if its sector tag
is 0.  I've attached a small test map for this.
