This bug is very closely related to bug 443.  When Odamex changes songs, it
calls the SDL function Mix_FadeOutMusic() to eliminate any audio pops from
abruptly cutting off the music.  With Windows Vista/7 & SDL_mixer, changing the
volume of a midi song will change the volume of all audio (music and sfx) and
so fading out the midi music that's loaded when switching to the OGG music will
have the same effect.
