Adding something similar to Odamex would require modifying every entry in the info.cpp and modifying our DeHackEd parser to allow a new type of infotable override, but it can be done. However, it doesn't seem very "odamexy" to willy-nilly introduce new DeHackEd options, and it definitely doesn't seem very "odamexy" to rest gameplay changes on loading PWADS, Zandronum-style.
