When you've been in game for a long time, the console gets full of lines of
information due to chatting/frag messages/etc. However if you set con_scrlock 2
and start scrolling all the way up, then try to jump back down, the console
starts displaying garbage.
Its hard to explain, but here is a screenshot to show what happens.
