It looks like the teleporter sound issue was fixed in r2121.  In dweller2.wad
map11, I was last able to produce the bug in r2020.

In P_CrossSpecialLine() [common/p_spec.cpp], the removal of

    if (clientside && network_game && !FromServer)
        return;

seems to restore teleporter sounds.

Please test and confirm.
