This bug has popped up a decent amount recently and seems to happen most often
when there are a considerable amount of players on a server (maybe 10 or more).
Going into intermission, sometimes the server will output:

ERROR: szp pointer was NULL
sleeping for 10 seconds before map reload...

When this happens, everybody tends to get disconnected from the server only
with the message "Server Disconnected". Big problem for larger games.

Maybe related to bug 360, which dealt with this same error client side.
