Today was primarily a mix of sky-busting and perp-busting: the only geese that anybody at the pond got were two confiscated by the police from two young men (they did not seem to be experienced hunters) who were being served a citation for something as we passed them. And one blast apparently at a Caspian Tern (missed) which was the only bird in the sky near the hunters. The police officer saw that and was not amused but he was in the midde of the aforementioned transaction at the time. . .
