I've seen July/August juncos around Sheldon High School/Community Center
and the Oakway Golf Course areas of north Eugene. (The ones in the latter
location brought fledglings to my feeders one year in early August.) It
appears that they nest in multiple areas in Eugene, though perhaps not as
regularly as on the U of O campus.
