[obol] eBird false RBA? (Brown Booby in Coos)

Looks to me like a Common Murre.
Certainly not a Brown Booby.

- Comments: "Sorry for using eBird as an alert, but we're not local and
don't know who to call. Nor are we sure these two birds are in fact Brown
Boobies. But they don't look like anything else we can identify.
Both birds were large pelagic-type birds with brownish-red uppers. Both
had white under-wing coverts, belly and vent. One bird had a light-colored
bill, the other a distinctly darker bill. As can be seen in the photo of
the 'rearing' bird, the wings are narrow and pointed.
Both were feeding in the area about 200 meters off the BLM boat ramp, where
they would dive frequently (though not apparently deeply). They were in
that area the entire half-hour we were there, and we never saw them fly or
haul out.
Sorry about the photo quality, but we're traveling with a focus-challenged
Nikon D5100.
