[obol] Toledo Tufted Duck and nearby birds

After a little searching, my wife and I were able to find the Tufted Duck
near Toledo.  We first found the ring-necked ducks, but it wasn't with
those ducks, but rather mostly by itself (there was a coot nearby).  It was
a ways out in a bend in the water, so you have to position just right to
see it through all the bushes.

Other birds seen while at the Olalla Slough:
-1 Wood Duck
-4 Hooded Mergansers
-3 Turkey Vultures

We also found some Harlequin Ducks along the coast, so of course we had to
take a picture as they are just so beautiful:
