[obol] Swift movements

I staked out the Agate Hall chimney in Eugene this evening to see if there were
any straggler swi still using it. Exactly ONE swift showed up and got into the
chimney just before two Cooper's Hawks showed up to check out the appetizer
buffet. A Merlin was also cruising the area.
