Just had time for a 15 minute spot check starting 7:55
Winds SSW but cloud ceiling was really low, visibility
1 mile or less and looked worse to the south.
Good flight of Surf Scoters underway 4000-6000/hour,
minor flight Cal, Heermann's, Pacific & Common Loons,
Large (200+) extended flock of Western Grebes 3/4 mile
out swimming south.
1 Fulmar only tubenose
