Following up on this, I have compiled the color codes on the five banded Snowy
Plovers (sixth unbanded) at Nehalem Beach, Tillamook Co., on 14 Feb 2015:

Subject: [swalalahos] Snowy Plovers, Nehalem Beach
A group of six Snowy Plovers was on Nehalem Beach, Tillamook Co., this
afternoon. This was about 0.5 km south of the southernmost parking area in
Nehalem Bay State Park. Five out of the six were color-banded, and I think I
have adequate photos to get the color combinations on all of them. The
authorities will be notified.
