[obol] Scappoose lowlands

Tried seeing the tropical kingbird near Scappoose this afternoon, but no luck.
HIghlights included lots of MEADOWLARKS: one flock of around 15 landed in a
tree close by, and numerous others were scattered all along the CrownZ trail
from where I parked (at Dike Road) to the green barn. Around 30 altogether.
Also saw two yellow-rumped warblers, and snipe in the shallow marsh. Got to say
Hi to Jay Withgott, as well.
