At the risk of “piling on”, a RED-EYED VIREO was singing today from the
cottonwoods at the north end of Reeder Road, Sauvie Island in Columbia County.
I heard it while watching the BANK and NORTHERN ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOWs at the
colony along the bank of the river. With female TREE SWALLOWs thrown in, it’s
a nice opportunity to study brown-backed swallows.
