Hi Jen, I think it's an Orange-crowned Warbler of a different subspecies than we are used to- orestera subspecies. Michele and I saw one at Fernhill on 11/17. My ebird comments- Brighter yellow than typical OCWA for this area. Bold yellow rump reminded me of Palm Warbler. Gray hood contrasting with yellow body, white eye arcs.
