[obol] Pacific City puffins

This morning we saw at least 15 TUFTED PUFFINS flying around Pacific City's
Haystack Rock. This is by far the largest number of puffins we have seen
during the eight years or so that we've been looking at this monolith.
There are grassy cliffs on the north face, which may provide some nesting
sites. Other area arrivals include BROWN PELICANS over the ocean, a
WHIMBREL at Tierra Del Mar, and Orange-crowned Warblers everywhere.
