Hi,
Chuck Philo at 9:45 AM today (Nov. 7) found a Black Phoebe perched on
the fence by the gate to the LNG tank at the parking area on the south
end of the paved access road. The very large green LNG tank is on the
north side of Yaquina Bay and west of the Sally's Bend embayment.
