[obol] New Sibley's Book

I had called in about the printing on my Sibley Book and was told I didn't
qualify for a replacement book.
I figured "O Well" Today I got a free book in the mail. The print is darker
and it's from the second printing.
So if you called and were sent an email telling you that you didn't qualify for
a new book you may get one.
