Tim's post reminds me, there was a juv. BAIRD'S SANDPIPER at Siltcoos River mouth yesterday. It was with a Sanderling and a Western SP. There were good numbers of shorebirds in general and more SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS than usual. Also saw a Baird's near Carter Lake trail in Douglas co. on the way back north.
