At least 40 Varied Thrush in mountain meadow of CascADES EAST of Ashland in
JaCKSON County, elevation 4500'. Turkey Vulture kettles continue just
north of the Siskiyou Pass, their last hurdle before escaping to California
and points south.
Also Rogue Valley Audubon has now erected nine more Great Gray Owl nest
boxes in the county, seeking donations from GGO lovers. See RVAS website.
