Yes, that's one of the easier to identify intergrades given that he has both a
red nape and a red malar. It's hard for me to be sure on my phone, but it looks
like it may have yellow shafts in the tail too?

I was going through some old pictures and came across this one from December
2014. At the time, I didn't think anything of it, just thought it was a
normal Norther Flicker at our feeder, but now I'm thinking it's an
intergrade. Yes or no?
