Hey Obol,
Jessica Greer, Mike Brawner, Spencer Mair, and I went out to Fern Ridge
yesterday evening in search of the Sharp-tailed Sandpiper. While we
couldn't find that bird, we did find both GOLDEN PLOVERS and a CLAY-COLORED
SPARROW, which Alan Contreras told us has been around for a month or so.
Thanks to the folks who reported the plovers earlier this week. Not a bad
evening!
We also found a glorious sunset!
