Congratulations on your state bird. If you really want a great Ross's Goose
experience head to Harney County. In a month there will be thousands of
them in the fields south of Burns. White ones, "Blue" ones, all mixed in
with even more thousands of Snow Geese. It is an amazing spectacle. That
should be on every Oregon (and Washington) birder's bucket list.
