ECAS Wednesday Birders split up into 2 groups today and reconvened at Indian Ford for the last hour of birding. We were able to find 9 species of Woodpeckers today and word is not yet in about a 10th. Although we had good intel from several sources for 3 locations for American Three- toed Woodpecker, it eluded both groups. They don't seem to be nesting anywhere we visit and so roaming birds are not easy to relocate! On the list, I will mention which location for birds if they were notable if I knew specifics.
