Collins Rd. #1 seems a little late as well as out of place.
Port of Portland mitigation wetland at Woodson had a Eurasian Wigeon, pair of
Redheads, and a first of season Trumpeter Swan. A Black Phoebe was at the
nearby drainage district pump building.
A lone American White Pelican at Trojan seems a little late.
Permanent resident Black Phoebes at St. Helens sewer plant are easy to see.
