[obol] Black-and-White Warbler and Blue-winged Teal continue (Clackamas Co)

A few people got to see the Black-and-white Warbler mid morning near (but not
in) a flowering tree on the southern border of the park (i.e. the Milwaukie
Sewage Treatment Plant) along SE Eagle St.
The Blue-winged Teal at Brown's Ferry Park was easy to find.
Finally, a run through Hagg Lake this evening yielded 2 Western Screech Owls, 1
Great Horned and a single whining Northern Sawwhet-Owl. Hagg Lake is in
Washington Co SW of Forest Grove.
