Bottom line is how hard the rain is going to fall. Very light blue is a
fine mist, etc. I use those colors all the time to decide just how wet I
might get if I go bird near showers. Yesterday I saw very light blue in
the gorge, went that way and was just fine.
I dodge yellow to the red end..
