Hi Stefan, When you were looking at this gyr, did it appear brown, as it
does in your photos? This bird appears brownish to me----but it's an
adult---and adult grey gyrs, are, well, grey. I have seen many gyrfalcons,
especially greys, and I've seen only one other that looked like this one.
Unless I'm seeing some coloration that's not really there, this brownish adult
