I just got a call (11:15 AM, 21 Feb) from Julia Siporin, saying she was
looking at 2 Say's Phoebes next to the Quonset Hut in the south meadow at
Mt Pisgah, Lane Co. Walk through the arboretum, past the swimming hole, and
under the BPA power line to get to the south meadow.
