2. Debra from Natural Beauty has some new girls, she says to come over and
try one out!
3. We need new members. Try really hard to ask one of your business contacts
to come out and see what we are all about. Our goal is one new member a
month, It was nice to see a few guests out today.
4. Speaker Schedule attached. You are on it twice so please make sure you
know what day you are on. One is for the 10 minute presentation and the
other is for a 3 minute infomercial or whatever you want to talk about.
5. Paul Hergott did our mission statement this morning. Well done!!
6. Promotions committee announced a pancake breakfast for March if accepted
by the executive. We will be contacting Alumni and also will be putting ads
in the paper. Please try and bring a guest out that day. We will have a
special guest speaker that day.
7. If you are able to help the executive in anyway, please volunteer. They
need help setting up and taking down each week, this should not always fall
on the executive, everyone needs to help. The executive also needs help on
all committees. Please try and help out.
8. Second 3 minute speech done by Darlene explaining in a short time
everything she does.
9. I thought that Rita had a virus as I got a funny email from her but it
was just me except Raymond got a message from Rita from Russia.
10. We are here to promote and help each other so this week's feature member
will be Dan Perrett

computer crashed and he was able to recover 98% of what I thought I lost.
The other 2% was not important anyway! Lana says her printer was not
working and all Dan had to do was walk in the door and it started working
properly. Told you he is good!!
11. Please keep in mind your business brief when you are doing an
infomercial, you should not be advertising that you do something if it is
not covered in your business brief. For example I sell promotional products
and do not sell coffee or fix computers!
12. If you need OBE stickers or cards, please contact Jerry and he can
provide them for you that is of course if we ever see him again. Went on
holidays a couple of weeks ago and have not seen him since. First vacation
in 5 years so he might have liked it so much he is not coming back.
13. We had 16 referrals today. 10 1st party and 6 3rd party. We need to
bring up our 3rd party more.
14. Gord is up on the hill working again, Mary is honest about it she says
she is up at Big White playing and could not make the meeting this morning.
