Hi Just curious if any other agencies are currently using or looking at Cloud-Based Telecommunication services (primarily voice services) to replace/augment their in-house PBX systems. If so, any detail regarding your selection process, considerations, service and support requirements, infrastructure/carrier changes (both internal and external), quality of service and support after you went live, integration with unified communication systems and ADDS, etc., would be appreciated.
