We use Akorn brand-  stable for 30 days at room temperature.  I have attached
the letter from Akorn.  We were surveyed by TJC in January and this was not an
issue.

Subject: [nyschp.dop] Lorazepam injection stability

Good afternoon,

Please respond to this question on lorazepam stability at room temperature. Do
you give it longer than 24 hour BUD? If yes, what reference do you use to
support the extended expiration? If you can,  please share information on the
specific manufacturer used?

Thank you!
