Hi all,
Thank you for those on the main NVDA list who have participated in the
survey regarding choosing the date for the next NVDA Users and developers
Conference (NVDACon). Many of you have voted for November 14th, so that will
be the date when NVDACon 2015.2 will be held. Unlike past events, this will
be a low key, as we'll put our efforts into tenth anniversary celebration
next year.
The details are as follows:
* Date: November 14, 2015
* Location: NVDA Korea TeamTalk server (nvda-kr.org).
* Session 1: General users chat and Windows 10 overview and demos: 8
AM Pacific, 11 AM Eastern, 16:00 UTC. This session is designed to bring
users together and to showcase Windows 10 and NVDA (I'll be hosting this and
hope to see many Insiders there).
* Session 2: a guest session by Derek Riemer): 11 AM Pacific, 2 PM
Eastern, 19:00 UTC (topic to be determined).
* Session 3: NVDA tenth anniversary planning committee meeting
(optional): 4 PM Pacific, 7 PM Eastern, 00:00 UTC. We'll brainstorm ideas
for NVDA tenth anniversary celebration events planned for 2016, as well as
planning a special celebratory NVDACon next April.
