[nvda-translations] translation updates

Dear Peter,

Please merge from here:
bzr merge http://arabic-nvda.org/files/translations

The commits contain updates to ar, fi, ja, pl, sv, ta, tr, and is newer 
than main branch.


I have set up a mailing list, nvda-translations@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, because 
many translators feel that translating nvda is important, but do not 
wish to read all the emails on the dev list.

Can you please cc the translation list when there are important 
messages.


We also have a work flow process, which helps to notify translators when 
there are new changes for their language.
I believe I mensioned this to you in the past,

Any language team is welcome to join, it is easy and there is minimal 
overhead.
