Most likelly you are reffering to the place where there are defined keystrokes e.g. | Move to start of container | shift+, | Moves to the start of the container (list, table etc) where the caret is positiond |

This should probably be changed to NVDA+shift+comma to be consistent with all other keybindings containing comma.

You are right that it's the same comma in both the cases.
