Hi,
it seems, that you have 2 changes.t2t. one is in
vi\changes-newrevisions and one is in vi "root" folder for vietnamese.
as I saw, a changes.t2t, which is in root folder is outdated and must
be replaced with one in changes-newrevisions. When you are going to do
it, the system will generate a html file.
in changes-newrevisions aare and must be only sources, which should be
translated.

Thanks for updating the "vi" folder. I just finished the translation of
the changes.t2t file and put it under folder /language/vi/changes.t2t
and then svn commit. More than 10 mins later, I do the SVN update to see
the automatically generated html file of the changes.t2t but there's not
there yet. Can you please advice me on this?

name is userGuide-newRevisions and not only userguides.
yes, it seems, that your folders are empty. I advice you to wait until
James Tech or other commit files to your folders.

Thanks Jo. But I cannot find the folder UserGuide in the "Vi" folder----------------------------------------------------------------
for Vietnamese. There are 3 folders called, changes-newRevisions,
symbols-newRevisions and userGuide-newRevisions but in those folders
they are empty. It's not like other language folders. If possible, can
you have a look at "vi" folder and advice please! Thanks a lott.

As I am starting to translate the user interface, user guide and the
release changes of NVDA into Vietnamese. The existing translations
are out of date. After I did the svn checkout and see the existing
translated userguide.t2t file, no changes.t2t. I would like to
obtain the English source .t2t files of the interface messages, user
guide and the release changes so I can compare the existing
translations then to start updating + translating. I cannot find the
folder "en" for English after svn checkout.
Can you please show me where to get those source files? Thanks.
