In aragonese language also happens the same case, for changes.t2t / html and
for userguide.t2t / html.

Finally, even after an SVN Update, the changes.html file is still
dating back to January 25th of January 2017. The changes.t2t file is
up to date, on my side.
Can anybody look this malfunction up?
