Hi Zahari,

Unfortunately the changes were made against an old copy of the file, and 
changes probably have 
to be merged by hand.
Please convert bg.ctb to utf8 and add to svn and I will see if I can merge them.

I am not sure if there will be a liblouis release before nvda 2013.1 is out.
