[nvda-translations] Recommended text editors for the .t2t and .po files?

Hey everyone
What text editor have screen reader users found best for editing the
files to be translated?
I usd Akelpad last time, but it had some latency and crash issues (but
that wasover a year ago).
If there is one or two text editors that people find most convenient
to use, definitely make sure to post that recommendation on the
translation page.
