[nvda-translations] Missed strings

Hi list,
I noticed that the string "report if clickable" is still not included in
the svn. I also reported that dialog which informs users that NVDA must
be running when installing an addon should be translated, see
http://community.nvda-project.org/ticket/3774#comment:2
Well, it is just some two or three phrases, but as probably the next
version will be on February, I decided to point out that fact so we can
translate everithing on time.
